What Is This All About?
My Projects Team is the fully registered charitable and benevolent arm of Average Joes, offering full tax deductibility, created to deliver real impact locally and globally with no overhead costs.
At Average Joes, we believe men are called to lead from the front, not just with their words but with their wallets, time, and actions. That belief drives everything we do. My Projects Team exists to create and support initiatives that restore dignity, rebuild lives, and bring hope to the hurting.
We’ve helped establish sewing centres for women, Christmas events and supported the building of an orphanage in Pakistan.
Across the Congo, we’ve partnered in child rescue missions, offering freedom and safety to some of the world’s most vulnerable.
Closer to home here in Queensland Australia, we run a weekly homeless and community feeding program in Nambour, providing hot meals, clothing, blankets, mattresses, and tents along with and human connection to those doing it tough.
We’re also expanding into local high schools, aiming to quietly and consistently feed children who come to school hungry—no questions asked, just action.
But My Projects Team isn’t just about raising money. It’s designed to get men stepping up to lead to bring change sacrificially, consistently, and boldly. Every project is made possible by the men of Average Joes, because we believe it’s time for men to put their money where their mouth is.
Our Mission & Vision
We believe growth and responsibility go hand in hand.
A man becomes stronger when he steps outside his own world and stands up for someone who can’t stand up for themselves. When men take action together, entire communities shift. Families get restored. People find hope again. And the men doing the helping walk away better, more grounded, and more capable than before.
