Wayne Taylor, originally from Penrith in Western Sydney, has over 20 years of plumbing experience and a long history of public speaking and community work. Beginning street preaching at 18, he went on to speak internationally as a missionary across Africa, addressing audiences ranging from youth groups and church leaders to business communities and more than 1,000 inmates at a time.
Now based on the Sunshine Coast with his wife and four children, Wayne continues to run his plumbing business across two states, but his passion is Average Joes, one of Australia’s fastest-growing men’s movements. Co-founded with Eliot Krause in 2018, Average Joes focuses on equipping men to face life’s challenges, grow in character, and support one another.
Driven by a simple belief—helping one man at a time ultimately helps the world—Wayne is committed to building stronger men through honest conversations, practical tools, and a supportive community.
